Well i have mixed feelings for this one...
First of all it's very strict...but it's effective.
But what if someone registrered and gone away and didn't even know about this policy.
But i don't really know what to say about this one.

Its not hard to post atleast once in the welcome section or make a quick profile. They can also PM me or IM me and notify me if they were serious on joining.

I think it's a good idea. I hate shit heads that sign up to things, then leave a day later becuase they didn't know what to do. I didn't know what to do so I asked Lan. Hey Lan! Make it so whenever someone signs up, it automaticly sends an email from you saying if you need help just ask or something. But yeah, I do kinda have a problem with it in a way.. But I still say delete the bastards. By the way Blain, get a new Avatar. Thats Kenshin badusai (assasin). Get a new one, no one is worthy of the greatest swordsman in Animie history (Although, Gatts comes pritty close. Swinging his GATS sword around)

Actually thats Aya from "asha no ceres". It does look alot like Kenshin Batosai tho. I unfortantely have no way of customising the email sent to a new member registering so thats kinda useless but I'll stick a notice in the News Header.

Eeer.. When people sign up, don't they automaticly get a message from underworld saying welcome or something? Can't you change that into a warning letter saying the rules as such?

Its nice and all youa re chatting about this and other things I've posted in the Times but this is a no chatting area. The new posts I read in here which are off topic will get deleted and the member given a warning. 100% warning ends with member deletion and if the member signs up again and continues banning will occur. I haven't the time to constantly delete spam in these posts.

Are you allowed to have two accounts? It would be a pain in the ass for me but is it allowed? Becuase if so, if I made another account and it only went up very slowly, would you delete my account?

-.- gee, you make me sound desperate Blaine. If you feel you really need a second account, go ahead but theres no point later on deciding you don't need it anymore and me having to shift your stats over to the one you want. You might aswell just use your current account. Also your second account cannot be used for role playing until your current is killed off, only chatting in the OOC sections.

Making the graphics, the actual code behind the site design, Modifying the RPG hack code and other hacks I've added. Plus I'm always behind the scenes making sure I fix post counts, code problem, making custom avatars and banners. This takes alot of time. I can get online sometimes and spend 3 hours just going through every new post and reading so I'm up to date not to mention moderating the site. (SPAM removal and warnings) This is one of my very time consuming projects. o.O Anyway currently I'm kinda dedicating my time to some of my projects that were put on hold while getting this site working again. This will explaine some of my lack of time for stuff and RP posting. I really need some help here doing admin stuff  Don't worry, I know you guys put yourself forward for staff positions but I don't think doing the admin stuff I do is what you're after.
